Communities In Schools
Communities In Schools of Atlanta’s mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
We focus on improving student and school success by providing needed support and services to students and schools. Our goal is to support youth, improve graduation rates, academic achievement and job and post-secondary school readiness.
CIS of Atlanta's Site Coordinators address barriers to student success by mobilizing community resources to meet students' needs, while empowering students to realize their potential.
In everything we do, we are building a powerful change movement made up of peers, students, and alumni committed to shaping an equitable path to education for future generations.
We’re ALL IN for setting students up for success by bringing resources and support inside schools and into communities. #AllinforKids
